The Moment of Truth Campaign was created to increase awareness of RSA’s claims and risk control propositions amongst Personal, Commercial and GLobal Specialty Lines broker partners. In insurance, the claims experience is the moment of truth. It is when RSA and their broker partners can be the hero for their customers at a time of crisis.

Through dramatic storytelling, a series of four scenarios brings home the reality of a number of claims scenarios and amplifies the value of our claims service and risk control propositions. Each scenario consisted of five elements:

  3. 4 Disaster Prevention Quizzes
  4. Quiz Results & Leaderboard
  5. Claims Process & Features

The campaign was also supported by digital advertising and media opportunities, social media posts on LinkedIn and Twitter, and promotion through Broker Newsletter.
