We’re changing the way Canadians feel about their insurance company by reinventing the relationship they have with their carrier. We’re delivering strategically targeted content to foster audience engagement and build brand awareness.
Worked closely with Deloitte Digital, Underwriting and Legal to draft content for transactional quoting application and authenticated account at secure.sonnet.ca. This included everything from field labels to error messages, tooltips to coverage descriptions.
Helped develop the Sonnet Content Playbook to define and document the brand voice, style and language. Established a content strategy and implemented a content methodology.
Responsible for regularly maintaining the editorial calendar, tracking and analyzing key metrics and optimizing future content. Ongoing content creation includes transactional and non-transactional website copy, emails, consumer information material, infographics, video scripts, account and servicing letters, etc.
