I have an in-depth consultation with all clients to discuss your vision for the project, including ideas for print. Based on this, I’ll share the various printing options that are available, make recommendations and even create mockups to help you envision it.
There are options for every budget and I am happy to work with your vendors or recommend my own trusted printing resources.
I have a full-time career in marketing and freelance in my spare time. I am generally available Monday – Thursdays from 5pm – 10pm and Saturdays 9am – 3pm, but I am flexible. The rest of the time you can find me enjoying time with friends and family!
While I absolutely love the work I do here, I limit my workload to just the 1-2 large clients a month to ensure deadlines are met and quality, creative work is being produced. I appreciate your understanding and patience.
I understand that this is a big investment and am more than happy to offer multiple payment options:
Large or repeating projects are typically quoted as flat rates, with a clearly defined scope, deliverables and terms, agreed upon prior to project start. This way you know exactly what the project will cost you. If work exceeds the defined scope, the client will be notified and standard hourly rates will be charged.
- Payment Option 1:
10% deposit due at signing, 40% due on project start date and the remainder due upon project completion/invoicing.
Work that is considered updates or revisions to previous projects, or projects which are difficult to estimate the number of hours that will be necessary are charged hourly. Projects that are to be billed hourly will receive a quote estimate of the number of hours the job will take. If this estimate changes throughout the project, the client will be notified before work proceeds.
- Payment Option 1:
20% deposit based on estimated work hours due at signing, remainder due upon project completion/invoicing.
- Payment Option 2:
10% deposit based on estimated work hours due at signing, billed bi-weekly for remainder of hours worked.

I only take on 1-2 clients per month to ensure you receive my best attention and of course, a quick turn-around. The overall process takes anywhere from 6 – 8 weeks depending on the extent of work being done. When you reserve your spot I will provide you with a detailed contract including project timelines.
Yes! Unless otherwise negotiated, you will receive the following:
- Print collateral – (high-quality, print-ready pdf)
- Digital Collateral – (high-quality, web-ready .jpg or .png format)
All design files are an additional fee.
Yes! You will receive all you need in order to launch your brand successfully.
Included in your Brand Files will be:
- Final logo (including black, white and colour / file types: .eps, .pdf, .jpg, .png, .psd)
- Secondary logos (including black, white and colour / file types: .eps, .pdf, .jpg, .png, .psd)
- Icons (including black, white and colour / file types: .eps, .pdf, .jpg, .png, .psd)
- Colour palette specification (including RGB, CMYK and Web Safe color codes)
- Patterns and/or Textures (12”x12” 300dpi .jpg files)
These files will be yours to have and use as you need. They can be used in a variety of design programs such as Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. You can also use them in programs such as Microsoft Word as an image if necessary. PSD is Photoshop, EPS is Illustrator, PDF can viewed by any PDF viewer such as Adobe Reader.
Fonts are not included. Design files are an additional fee.
